convention in Philly??

some one told me that there was going to be an anime convention happening some time in November in Philadelphia PA. can some one confirm this for me and if any knows the site link as well that would be helpful.

Philcon is in December, but that's general science fiction.

Kosaicon is in the spring, but that's a one-day festival in Villanova.

Friends of mine are plotting a convention in Philadelphia proper, but that's not in the cards for a couple years, at least.
