Sorry for the short notice but, it SEEMS that the AB Hentai AMV Expo is on again this year. I say SEEMS because it really depends on If we get enough in the way of videos to make a worthwhile exhibition. That's where YOU come in. We all know deep down in the dark recesses of your imagination... It lies dormant.... A creation... Just waiting for its opportunity to EXPLODE on a PERVERTED RAMPAGE of senseless debauchery.

And now a note from the de-facto Hentai Contest Coordinator.

I apologize in advance for the remainder of this message in the event it should be considered in bad taste. If the moderators see it necessary to DELETE this topic then so be it and please do so with my whole hearted apologies since I have no clue how to make this topic 18+.

I was pleased to see that rules have been posted for the Hentai AMV's. I am glad it will be running again this year. I do however feel it necessary to make mention to all the would be submitters to the Hentai contest more or less what it is we are hoping to get for videos.

Now that I have most of you sufficiently confused. Please allow me to explain.

Generaly speaking... At least in terms of the AB Hentai Exhibition... Hentai = Anime PORN!

Anime Porn = Graphic encounters of a lewd and explicitly SEXUAL nature. Exposed genitalia, penetration etc. of a sexual nature. Also things of a sexually deviant perverted nature (doesn't have to be hardcore Hentai, Ecchi works too)

Hentai does not = GORE (with some exceptions [see Guro])

Basically what we are hoping to get is lots of videos with cute cuddly anime sex... and, other not so cuddly anime sex. What we are not looking for is GORE. Dismemberments and blood spurting everywhere...YUCK!

Now SOME blood and gore in the video AS APPROPRIATE TO HENTAI is ok. IF you ABSOLUTELY NEED to show footage of someone doing horrible (here's the important part)SEXUAL THINGS to a dismembered blood spurting individual or (God forbid) an anime corpse. Then so be it but, know that it will doubtless be frowned upon and hopefully weeded out in exchange for eh hem "more tasteful" tasteless videos. Unless it is HYSTERICALLY funny in that wrong sort of way we are looking for (see AMV Hell 0) then all is forgiven. Basically if it's gross it's best that it's hilarious.

AB Hentai Exhibition... Now with less violence but, more KINKY SEX and NUDITY for a cleaner, saner AB.

Any kudos, questions, comments, complaints, letter bombs, death threats, or cease and desist letters. are welcome here.

This post is to serve as a BUMP but also to let you all know the deadline for submissions is April 1. Same as the normal Anime Boston AMV contest deadline. So, all you Hentai fans out there get cracking on your videos. Without a decent number of submissions we can't have our Hentai contest.

T'would be nice to hear from some of you in here who intend to submit videos... you need not post here. there is a forum on the Anime Boston website... and you can sent me a PM here on the org... I'm just trying to get a feel for how much interest there is out there for this years contest...

Just a reminder to all you Hentai editors out there... The contest deadline is in LESS THAN 1 WEEK!!!!!!!!
Not too many of you have sent in your submissions yet and, I would HATE to get inundated with entries last minute. Means more actual WORK for me. And I think we all know I really don't like the W word.

So get a move on... I know its difficult to make a Hentai vid because you have to stop and FAP every Few minutes but....

Also there is no need to use your actual studio name for the entry. Most Hentai editors I know have a regular AMV studio name and a Hentai studio name. You can submit under your Hentai studio name. The only ones who will know who you really are is Adam and myself.
