I am having trouble with my computer, for some reason the online form I am supposed to fill out will not send. is there another way I can enter this contest (Short of snail-mail)?

You can:

• Save it as a PDF
• Take screencaps
• Type it up in Word Processor (Make sure you get all the info that's on the form)
• Use the alt form (save as HTML/Use Open Office/MS Word - HTML Version of the Entry Form

As long as I get all the necessary information It doesn't matter how you submit the entry form.

didn't work for me either. i had to print it, scan it, and send it as a jpeg :P
