Yaoi-con 2008 AMV Contest

Post by The Wired Knight » Mon Feb 25, 2008 7:31 pm

http://www.yaoicon.com/amv-contest.html

Here's the update for this year's contest; looking forward to your entries.

Important changes to this year's rules

1. The deadline is now August 23rd with arrival on August 30th. This is roughly a month earlier due to the con being in September this year instead of October.

2. Five videos per person now is permitted instead of the usual four.

3. The theme this year is "The Dominator and the Dominated" description of the theme is on top of the rules.

End rule update

I'll answer any questions over e-mail or this thread if need be. Also for those who need to catalogue their amvs in the org for the last two years, I'm really sorry I forgot to set that up, kept thinking that anyone could upload the contest for some stupid reason. I'll get the last couple years added soon.

The rules page has been updated.

Please note that the page formerly read last year's due dates in September. It now correctly reads the due dates of August. Please inform anyone you know of this change in case they might believe the September dates; I'd hate for anyone to miss the deadline due to a clerical error.
