I swear there was a program that I had a while back that let me make them before, but I cannot think of it. I use Vegas 6.0, but I'm not really sure if I could make a decent one with it. I could mask, but it probably wouldn't look straight. Thanks for reading. 
Since I already have Photoshop, that would be my best choice. I am having a rough time trying to draw a thought bubble because my version does not have one, which I may use as well. There isn't an option for one, so I guess I have to find a way to make it work with the custom shapes I have. Sorry, I found them right after I posted that.Kero777 wrote:Thanks for the suggestions!
