I was looking for a program that can produce simple 2D, and vector animations... My friend recommend this to to me, and I wanted your guys opinions on it before I buy it, and wanted to ask a few questions.

Can it render in lossless formats? And are they compatible with Vegas 5.0?

Can it render 2D effects I make on transparent backgrounds? So I can easily place on top of other footage in Vegas?

And do you know of any guides \ video tutorials I can watch on how to use Flash 8, so I can get a better understanding on how to work with it and anime film.
