A program that can capture screenshots

Since my WMM isn't working, I need to find a program that can capture the screenshots of anime episodes. It would be much appreciated if you know any. Vegas and Premiere might have this ability(I haven't used the programs before), but I can't get them now, so if you know there is a trail version of them somewhere, it would really make me happy. ^__^ Thank you!

Copy screenshots using VirtualDubMod. Then paste and save them using Irfanview.
