Rendering to MP4

Hi, I thought I could start rendering into MP4 (wmv sucks and all ). The best quality I could get was with this type of MP4.
The outcome has a awesome quality but for some reason the final file is without audio.

I was just wondering if someone encountered the same problem, and if so, if you came up with cure to this problem

I wouldn't recommend rendering to mp4 directly from your NLE. It's common practice around here to render your finished work to some kind of lossless format, such as UTVideo or Lagarith to make a master copy first. After that, you can run that file through Zarx264gui or your program of choice to make an mp4 for distribution.
