speed in magix movie

ok I started with this program I was wondering is there of kind of speed / velocity tool or something like that thanks in advance.

Right click on a clip on the timeline. Select video effects. On the bottom left side you'll see 'play speed' You can use the scroll bar on that or put in a number to the bar beside it to designate. 1 = 100% |:
