Expressions Guides/Help for AE

Although I am pretty new to using AE, I feel pretty comfortable with the program and can use it ok. I would like to develop my use of Expressions though. I have used some of the tutorials over at Creativecow to learn the basics of Wiggle, but was wondering if anyone has a link to a good site or online guide that really teaches the more advanced uses of Expressions? I am sorry if this has been asked already. I didn't really find anything in a search of the forums. I have found a couple sites through google, but nothing very substantial.
