Adobe Premiere Elements 9 motion effect

Post by Songbird21 » Sun Jan 16, 2011 7:37 pm

I need to know how to use the motion effect to have things move around the screen in a path I determine. I know how to do it in Premiere 6.5 but in elements I only seem to be able to move the object/clip to a static position.
