after effects weird Track matte.

Oki guys im using a paint bleed from andrew kramer [Videocopilot i know kinda noobish of me] i did a track matte of the paint bleed under my anime [Rurouni Kenshin] and my footage turns black and white for some odd reason could someone help me so that it doesnt turn black and white.

Could you post a screenshot of your timeline so we can see exactly how your layers are set up?

Hmm.. That looks right.. Could you maybe post a higher res screenshot? It's kind of hard to see it as it is right now. And what's in the bottom layer?

can it be that the last option in the line 3 must be none? Thats the only thing it can be in my eyes...

Yea the last one bottom colum in the timeline is audio so i just don't know why my footage turns black nd white when i Track matte it.

you've got your layers in the wrong order, THIS is how to do it in AE.

You're set up/layer order is how to do it in premiere :wink:
