Adobe Premiere Pro vs Elements

Post by DragonPup » Mon Aug 04, 2008 9:22 pm

So I was thinking of trying my hand in making an AMV, and while I will likely run into many questions, the first one is Adobe Premiere Elements vs the Pro. $80ish sounds like a nice price, but I don't understand enough of the lingo to decipher the differences between it and the Pro version are yet.

For non-professional use like making an AMV, does Elements do all that you will need?

If it helps, the source will be ripped from the DVDs.

And in case you are curious to what anime, I was going to do 'Flag'. The theme will be memories gone in a flash(or instant, snap, etc).

Thanks.

For basic videos, or for a beginner, it's probably sufficient.
