How to mask clips in Premiere

Post by Toshi.des » Tue Jun 24, 2008 1:52 am

Basically just what the title says.

I remembering there being a way to create a solid layer that would hide part of one clip and show another clip where that solid layer was. Or something to that effect.

Help appreciated.

You're probably looking for something like an image matte or a track matte that utilizes alpha channels. That'll get you started, anyways. :) Check the Premiere "Help" section for details on these items.
