Premere Pro 2 and 23.976fps video

Post by Squirrel Ninja » Sun Jun 15, 2008 2:17 pm

I'm making my first AMV proper with scripts and all that. The ultimate guide says that 23.976fps won't work properly into premier and ought to be converted to 24fps. Is that still the case with pro 2 or has that been fixed?

I have premiere pro 2 and in most cases when I import a 23.976fps video to the program it only imports the first few seconds/minutes, so yes it has a problem. Just add assumefps(24) to your script and you're good to go.

Well, you also have to worry about your audio, so read the whole bit on that in EADFAG.
