shaky camera

hello there.
i am still new to AE cs3. before this i have been using sony vegas7.

i would like to do a shaky camera like video. do it in vegas by moving the screen for each frame persecond, but found out it doesnt look natural AT ALL.
i found that by using the old film effects, the shakiness looks natural but it is still inconsistent and not to my liking.

is there any shaky camera effect in AE?

the quake filter looks nice, going to give it a try.
