Adobe Premiere elements help :O.
Like my problem is that, I can't get any Avi formats to actually work in Premiere Elements. I also tried putting an AVI in WMM and it said that it's not a valid project file. ... :/ Does anyone know what the problem is??

Also, you might want to try encoding your AVIs using the Lagarith Lossless Codec. It's included with the AMVApp and videos encoded with it work perfectly with all the Elements versions.

lagarith is a lossless codec (no quality loss, hence lossless. google it if you don't already have it)
the price you pay for this is large files, but they should work in premiere elements
a way around the big filesizes is to make small clips with virtualDub(/Mod) and encode those, as opposed to entire episodes...where's jaddziadax's picture when you need it
