[Adobe Premier 6.5] Monitor not showing Preview

ok, I first import my vid into the Project Library, then I drag the vid onto the timeline.
When I look at the monitor, trying to preview the imported vid, nothing shows up in the Monitor Area.
It first shows a Red X in the center of the Monitor for like 1 Second, then it's all just A Blank vid displaying.

The source Window in the monitor Plays the fid just fine, it's just the Timeline section that isn't displaying the vid.
I have it where the vid is placed in Video1, and the monitor is set to view V1 so that's not the problem.

Please help if ne1 can.

Fix'd. DivX gives out both,audio and video steams. Xvid gives out only audio steam.
