avi problem with sony vegas

avi problem with sony vegas

sorry in advance for my bad english, i hope you understand me the same..
i have imported an avi file into sony vegas but the frame progress appear very slooow! Is there something i can do to solve it? Note: i have already used vfapi with avisynth script for avi files but it creates a clip which lenght is 10 sec.. :cry:
