pre- or post-production formatting

Post by SrgtWilco » Mon Nov 20, 2006 8:28 pm

Well, here it is - thanks to you guys, my first video is up on youtube!

(adress: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRHVfRH2rYM)

If you watch it though, you'll notice some prolems - for one, I need to know how to deinterlace properly (if there's a way to do this in virtualdubmod, that'd be great) and I'll obviously need to crop the footage so it'll fill up the left and right portions of the screen. Since it'd be a bit of a PITA to go in and manually enlarge the footage in premiere, is there a way I can do this either with the source footage or, even better, the final product once it's exported. As always, the help is appreciated.

One other question, though - I'm looking at my post and it seems that the text for "y-o-u-t-u-b-e" has been switched to "hosatchel" - any idea why that is (other than, I take it, YTB isn't that popular on this forum)

And yes, the administration around here generally looks on Yuu'utsube like the men of Gondor looking at Mount Doom.* :?

Here is your bible:

And yes, there is some resentment for the tubber. Check around the forums to see some discussions about it. May have to page back a few, though.
