Postby fireemblem776 » Sun Aug 13, 2017 8:52 pm

Its been years since I made anything and i wanted to make something again for old time sake. A got a new computer that can handle anything I throw at it. One of my favorite scripts was fast line darken. I cant get it to load, it keeps saying no function?

Maybe you don't have it in avisynth plugin directory?
if you have it hen i guess you need to use Loadplugin()
Still better than that MMO.

Since FastLineDarken is a script function rather than a DLL, you need Import() rather than LoadPlugin().
Unless the missing function in the OP's error message is from one of FastLineDarken's DLL dependencies.

Since you are working from a new computer, my first question is how did you install AviSynth and all the plugins? If you used the latest AMVpack, FastLineDarkenMod was replaced with Hysteria for sharpening/line darkening, which I recommend as an alternative. As for FastLineDarkenMod, you can get a copy of the latest version here, then just place it in the plugins folder (there is a shortcut to that folder in the AviSynth start menu folder).
Software & Guides: AMVpack | AMV 101 | AviSynth 101 | VapourSynth 101
PixelBlended Studios: Website | Facebook | Tumblr | Twitter | YouTube
