I actually found the DGDecode.dll, it was in my Avisynth 2.5 plugins folder, but now it just says that the .d2v can't be loaded... =/

SORRY FOR THE FOURTH POST IN A ROW, but NOW... when I try to make a new .d2v file, it takes over an hour and a half to create... Before, it look 10 minutes...

I was doing the avs script on VDubMod for a movie I was about to convert, when the external stopped working... So I am about to drag the avs back into VDubMod, and it gives me some error.
Avisynth open failure:
The script's return value is not a video clip.
Post your script. Make sure any functions like <b>LoadPlugin</b> aren't being called last.

A place to download it?
As I just said, you should take DGDecode.dll from the same ZIP file you found your current version of DGIndex in. That will ensure that they'll work together properly.

Okay, for the DGDecode, I got my DGIndex with the AMVApp 3.0 >_>

For my script, I was doing the script in VDubMod, so all I have is

Code: Select all

MPEG2source("F:\PLACE_PROMISED_IN_OUR_EARLY_DAYS\VIDEO_TS\The Place Promised In Our Early Days.d2v")
I didn't need anything else when I was dragging it before the external stopped working. >_>[/code]

Umm... I just tried loading the .avs back into VDubMod, and it worked... But 3/4 of the screen is green, the other quarter is black....

I want to doubt this would have actually happened, but just to be safe, I'll ask anyway... You did rip the DVD before you tried to index it, right? The VOB is on your hard drive somewhere?
... yea ...

Yupp

I didn't even know it was possible to index it straight from the DVD until now. O.o

So for The Place Promised In Our Early days, I re-ripped it and am currently converting it to lagarith. But for the DGDecode.dll, I still need w.e version came with AMVApp 3.0. |:

Well, this is the DGDecode.dll that I have in my plugins folder, and it works for me. (I hope that link works; it's the first time I've actually uploaded to MediaFire. >_> )

And the indexing straight from a DVD doesn't actually 'work'... I've just seen newbies here try it...

Quick question, putting the original quality issue with Origins aside, did you try reverting all your plugins and whatnot back to the way it was when you were at one time using them successfully. Sometimes the best thing to do is drop five and punt and start over.

@LivingFlame
So just replace this with the current DGDecode.dll in Avisynth 2.5 plugins? Or AMVApp plugins?
And lol at the DVDs.

@Krisqo
I know for a fact it's not my plugins, because I just did EVERYTHING with The Place Promised In Our Early Days yesterday... I ripped it, made a .d2v, .avs, and then made it lagarith. >_>
