Varying source sizes, need them at the same aspect ratio

I never saw anything wrong with the first season, though some instances of of the second season were apparently interlaced. Here's one of the motion sequences...

I don't see any interlacing in either of those shots. Looks like there might be some frame blending going on though. I have no idea how to fix it though. Sorry. Gotta wait for someone else on this one. :\
