you could give debugmode frameserver to get your amv directly from vegas to vdubmode (where you should be able to render it without blending)

In reference to that picture, I'm guessing your clip is 23.976 since you deinterlaced and used decimate. Because the render settings you have are rendering as 29.97 with resampling (probably) turned on, it's forcing Vegas to create frames that aren't actually there, thus causing the frame blending. Just change your render settings to 23.976 fps.
