Correction of film "wiggle" (See example)

Your theory about the animation cells might be spot on, actually, but I think the shake and wiggle is contributed to by the film as well. The master, I am sure, is film, so if the film were not loaded perfectly, or if the projector/transfer machine had any sort of technical issue with any of the mechanical parts, it could cause it or worsen it. I used to work in a movie theater projection booth. We had old projectors, and they misbehaved very frequently. I hate film. :P
