I need help plz!!!

Im reading the A&E guide and im at the"AviSynth - What it is, how it works and why you need it." section but i dont get how to use the code for using footage. Ive downloaded the AMV the guide told me to and put it in a folder labled AMV's but in the code "DirectShowSource("D:\believe.mpg")" i dont get what i have to put in it so i can get the file. Can someone help me?

Whatever the <i>full path</i> to the AMV on your hard drive is, that's what should go inside the quotation marks inside the parentheses.

Here's an example from my own hard drives:
