AVS to AVI?
Hmm... So I've just started using AVIsynth and I was wondering if you can convert an .avs file to .avi and if so, how?

the avs file should only be pointing to another file, so in order to use the filtering you would just open it in something like virtualdub mod and save the file.

an avisynth script doesn't contain any video information itself.
If your script loads some video (using something like avisource, directshowsource, mpeg2source, etc...) you can throw it into a program like virtualdubmod and get an .avi file out of it, or something like meGUI or Zarx264GUI and get a spiffy .mp4
