Ah, thought it was overall. In that case I'm 100% out of luck, since I think my second-to-last video is better than my most recent.
If I can't compare it to Hemisphere, I certainly wouldn't vote for me.

Have I improved at all, people say my videos still suck but I can't tell cause im biased.

I'd say you've always been on and off with your skill and kinda dangling at a certain level. Your videos get really good, go back to ok, then go back to the same equality of before of being really good. Just my opinion though.
