I would like to nominate or umm promote my video called Simplicity for Best Instrumental video.

Well, therefor you have to enter it in the catalog under instrumental.

An when I tried to nominte you video as best use of Simplicity I noticed that you weren´t availiabel don´t know why, maybe you haveb´t entered all your videos into the catalog or something, so your videos won´t be able to get nominated.

No you don't... people don't <i>have</i> to use the Instrumental filter when nominating videos for Best Instrumental.

. In oosha's case though, it doesn't matter as he has non-anime/ambiguous sources entered into his profile.
