I actually found "The AMV before Holloween" humourous... Maybe that says something about my sense of humor, or maybe because that was the original context of the song.
No, you're right on. AMV Before Halloween, especially the credits, is just humorous (not horrific or disturbing in any way) and does not belong under the category Horror.

I just saw Spawns "Noctern" off the ACROSS site. Now
that is a good horror video, no doubt about it. Creepy visuals, a slow onimous song and very appropriate effects. To bad it's not on this site.
