I personally think that you're a better editor if you can make a good video with WMM.

I think it just means you are good with manipulating a program, called windows movie maker

It's not anyworse then the GODAWFUL adobe 7.0 (although I will say, if you get 7.0 it can go pretty far but still).

I only made one video this past year. It doesn't qualify as a "no-effects" but I think it's still a fairly simple one.
