Still waiting on the notice from Brian; but is live action ok? I've got something REALLY awful I have to make but I need Passion of the Christ to do it.

One dude used Some of Titanic back in AMV Hell 3. If he was able to get away with it, anyone should.

I also have a question. Pretty much I found some unsubbed H, but the problem I ran into that it's censored. Still offensive enough?

Using the same logic you just used, there was censored hentai in AMV Hell 0 so I don't see why it'd be a problem in this one. The clip I'm working on right now uses a series that hasn't been released outside of Japan so it's censored.

ps- About the live action thing, it would probably have to be put together with anime clips like how Titanic was mixed with Evangelion. I doubt a pure live action clip would get accepted.

Hell 0 did have some censored parts, so I guess it's ok.

I got to watch AMV Hell 0 again, don't remember any censored vids. Maybe I shouldn't "try" to remember AMV Hell 0 "Shudder"

Well, there is Night Shift Nurses, but that was used to death in AMV Hell 0. Other than that the only one that really comes to mind is Anal Sanctuary. Might work for you, maybe.
