You, know, I just realized that myself, and I would take Bakadeshi's advice. Trust me, on my first MEP project, I had forgotton to put a certain size (it ended up being 640*480), and it took me an extra week to get all of the videos the right size.

some changes :

I will now allow 2 vids max per partipicant.
Aspect Ratio must be 4:3 (because i tried some resizing and it's damn hard thing ~.~ 16:9 Aspect Ratio denies 4:3 videos. Well that's in my Premiere Pro , maybe other programs can handle it and resize without damaging)
Betas must be received in next week.
Only 640*480 size versions.

besides i want to hear about your process (if you forgotten it, didn't started yet or you don't want to continue then just say so).

Ok, my video has been cut down to a mere 1:08. I should have the beta version done by the end of next week. As for progress.... It was officially done, and then my computer froze up and blue screened. Lost 5 hours of work.

But I have the general timeline in my head, so everything should be fine.
