Things you must know:
-Frame size = 720x480
-4:3 aspect ratio only, if your footage is 16:9, add black borders or crop it to 4:3.
-Frame rate = 29.97
-Anime only, no live action or american cartoon footage
-No hentai, though everything else is acceptable. Breif nudity is alright but preferably no sex
-The deadline is the end of this year. You have a good amount of time so make it good
-Use as many anime as you want, as long as you don't use any of the same anime as
another editor in the project.
-No anime that is overused is allowed, for example: Eva, DBZ, etc...
-When exporting export your "Work Area" only. Your work area should be the exact length of your track, not longer nor shorter. Your finished track should not have any black space at the beginning or the end.
-Final submission must be exported in huffyuv(yuy 2, not rgb) and sent to me (xOnINmUoShDA) via AIM. OR if I have a server for you guys to upload to sometime within now and december I'll let you all know.
To let me know what track you want just post in this thread BUT give me your 3 choices for a track in order of interest.

EDIT: NEW RULE: please when you edit your tracks DO NOT show beta versions of your track to the public!
EDIT2: I may consider you guys just exporting your videos in to high quality xvid or divx...like 5000 kbps or more. Make sure though that your exported abides by the other rules as well. This new rule has not been confirmed yet!
EDIT3: I have finally decided i will only take HuffYUV's because that is the way to go
btw when you guys begin editing let me know...and it would be nice if you could make betas while you edit so you can send them to me so i can see the progress. This project needs to look right so i would like to see your progress. Thanks.
EDIT4: The Fungus has dropped. He decided to stop editing i guess. Sad to see him go, but this means another track is available. BTW I changed my track from Track 3 to Track 11. Track 3 is open along with 16, 7, and 5.
EDIT5: New deadline is the end of March.
EDIT6: Burntoast has dropped out. I will be dropping my lateralus track to take bt's third eye track...dacoolgohan has taken up track 16. Track 11 is open for the taking!
EDIT7: Ok everyone... it seems that it's way passed March. I have decided that you guys have easily another 3 months to get your tracks done! That means have basicly have all of your summer to do your track. Deadline will be the end of July! PLEASE finish your tracks by then!
EDIT8: I have finally decided to do without track 10. Drngd dropped it due to his life outside of the internet and not many ppl show interest in that track so i decided to drop it. It wont effect anything becaus eof where it is in the track it works out just about right. The project will now just be about a minute shorter than planned but no biggy. There are about 6 tracks left to be finished up.
EDIT9: Well Fungus volunteered for track 10 and so far i think he's havin fun with it. anyways... there aren't very many tracks left at all. Please everyone get them done before the end of october for the love of god!!
