Yea, I might have to take advantage of that extension, too. Got a bit of work to do in between, and I still haven't completely obtained my source. I might have to adjust my editing ambitions for this one, too, and just do a very basic video instead of trying to experiment with fancy visuals and whatnots.

Mmmk. Oto and CtS have exentions. As for how long you have, we'll just play that by ear. I'd love to have your videos in by Wednesday, if at all possible. If you need more time than that, inform me on Wedneday.

I'm also noticing people who have huges things due soon. Also, as being a college-going student myself, I also realivze that Finals are just around the corner (and semester exams for you high school students). If you guys want (and I'm being serious here), when the competition hits december, you guys can pm and tell me when your finals/tests are as well as how long it will take you to study and I will give you each unique dates for your round #5 deadline. I also realize that finals week is tricky (mine is spread out over three weeks!) and complicated. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Also, if any of you get overloaded in school/work (like krzt seems to be), LET ME KNOW! I don't want any drops because your school life is taking over. I know what that feels like, trust me. This last week was hell for me, because I had 3 huge exams (each worth roughtly 20% and 25% of my grade) this week and I did virtually nothing after I finished studying for the night. That being said, I'd like you guys to be honest with me. Don't just send a pm giving me a sob story and you guys just lie to me through your teeth. I'll play this by the honor system.

That all being said, everyone except Oto and Cts.... This is your last weekend to work on your project segment. So far, I've gotten 3 in. And I hope to goodness you people are kidding about that "not started yet" thing.

Aye sir - again, I'll see if I can swing it between this evening and monday anyway. I got enough to do in terms of homework for Wednesday, so it'd be no use for me to put it off either.

For my part, the tough school period will be late november - early december, the usual work on course project that is the bane of grad students. On the other hand, unless some evil project coordinator assigns me an "effect-fest" type of track, I don't expect the editing here to take up that much of my time.

And in general, a suggestion for people who get intimidated by whatever schoolwork is coming up - don't get stressed out over the project, it's not supposed to be all hard and serious. Just have a bit of fun with it even if you can't make a super-good track. Besides, what kind of talent contest would it be without godawful performances of the "Ken Lee" variety?
