Perfect Blue is a bit racier than I remembered...

The bottom line is that we want the project to be org-approvable, which basically means no overt violence and nudity. Now keep in mind that this being a longer project, I think you can get away with slightly more. Still, you'll just have to be a tad careful, without limiting your creative vision.

ahem,

so that's a no-no to tentacle penetration (gawd, it's a shame anime doesn't come from a vaguely civilised country), but I'm okay for a little blood and/or skin?

There are some grisly corpses in perfect blue - I could presumably get away with showing these briefly?

And I can use nudie scenes in an 'artistic' or 'plot device' context?

Sorry, just trying to work out where the lines are drawn before I start on the story...

Heh, that was kind of 'for example'. Obviously I'll just be using the more acceptable elements of rape, schizophrenia, exploitation and screwdriver based murders.

Secrecy isn't a big deal to me, and keeping the cast under wraps until it's filled is more just a matter of professionalism. I'm totally down for discussing anything here, as this project can only flourish if we work together to make it as balanced as possible. So spit it out, chump
