if it still gives problems after i re-encode it to lagarith, i'll extract the audio and import a wav from one of your earlier betas since they seemed to have the same start time.
i'd imagine that coding it into lagarith will resolve it though.
i'm at work now, so i'll find out when i get home.

Aright. Sounds good. Yea I sent a beta right before I sent the Indeo finalized version. I believe that's the only beta that has the same sound as the finalized versions.

Ya I'm still having troubles with the chat stuff. I think I'm doin something wrong. I ain't all too familiar with the IRC stuff. The last time I been to a chat room Yahoo Chat was still around :/

I'll figure something out :/

alright, another update with a new problem that wasn't detected before

i have the intro in place, as well as the first 2 segments.

wurpess's "move it" segment has 59 currupt frames (reported by virtualdub's error scan)
the frames seem to start just before you see the owl with it's wings spread for the first time.

the file plays without problems in media player(which is why i didn't notice this problem until now), but when i scrub through it on my timeline, it crashes as soon as i reach that part.
it also crashes vdub when i try to encode in error mode.

i'm gonna go through everyones segments in vdub right now to see if anything else is wrong.

in the mean time, wupress: could ya re-encode, scan for bad frames in vdub, and re-upload it?

ok, i've finished scanning the other segments for errors. looks like all other videos are error free.
oh, and 8bit: the audio problem resolved when i encoded into lagarith, so you segment is fine now
