The Rain Project (Interest Gauge)

I came up with an idea for a MEP using guns n roses` november rain with rain scenes from different anime series/movies.
If more ppl are interested and someones` willing to coordinate it it could be finished by november

however I'm confused on how this would work. Would we all do a "piece" of the song? or do we just send you clips to put in?

The topic is just for inquiry. I'm giving an idea - if there's enough interest and a willing coordinator it could come to life.
I'll upload the song tonight for those who haven't heard of it.
If this idea takes off as a project probably a lot of ppl will do a cut piece of the song (the song is approximately 9 minutes long)
