I suggest using image shack for the thumbnails.

since we're only allowed to post 5 pics at a time....what if i post 5 pics 20 times consecutively...is that ok?
i hav to resize most of my pics & reload them back onto photobucket.. thats gonna take long since ive got bout another 700 pics to post

Yes, that is perfectly fine. Pages are made after a certain number of posts (15). So limiting the number of pictures will make load times for the pages smaller due to the forced max of 75 (5x15) pictures per page.

dont care if they're too big or whatever...you can resize them if you want or delete them..cause i cant be bothered to check...resize...& upload them again...
