This is from Lyrical Lyric (vndb link), a visual novel. This particual visual novel doesn't have an anime adaptation.
In case you're interested in grabbing the OP and a trial of the VN, the getchu ID of the software is 370445, but be advised it's R-18, and judging from the vndb page it's a pretty average, cliche-infested visual novel, so you wouldn't be missing much.
