Shigure from Fruits Basket. The chibi is from when he was introducing himself to Tohru.

Also,

Some long red haired guy from Saiyuki. Think his name was Gojyo or something like that. Ask underworld_princess. thats who i had to make that avatar for. *scratches back* i'm going to bed...*trips* $***!!!
