i no THAT! she's from street fighter and probably another game too but im not to sure....i have her in the game "Pocket fighter" for ps1 its so old but really cute...all the character (like morigan) r little people

She is one of my favorite characters! Thanks for sharing b00m! When I was around 16 I would look all over the internet for art of her.. and even tried drawing her sometimes.. I've looked recently for pics of her but man good ones are hard to come by.
