Her Name is Astaroth and she seems to be from a japanese card-game called Shinra-Bansho!

Try doing a google image search on アスタロット (asutarotto), which is not what I would expect for a katakana transliteration for Astaroth, more like アスタロス (asurarosu) given how Japanese tend to use su for the English th ending. Ah well.
