its fan art you can totaly tell sence that image it looks like when kakashi is fighting itachi and the shark dude and he doesnt remove his mask in that fight

Yes, the easiest way to see that it is fan art is that the scar on his right eyes is slightly cut off at the bottom tip

my mointer display has darker colors so maybe thats why ?

but you gotta admit, it does look like what his face MIGHT look like, it is shopped, no doubt about it, but at least it gives you a chance to wonder, does it really look kind of like that?

you might want to find somebody that's gone through the manga, there might be a source there.

Here's another one that seems like it might not be original. I can see some photoshop lines on this one too, so I declare it a fake.

hmmm...yeah that picture might be doctored.
the other replies are right(i've seen this pic online before i just never noticed until they said that)the very top of the nose doesn't line up with where the nose is.
either way its an awesome picture
