I'll have to back Dom here, we did have an identical thread for when the org went up again... after the week or so long downtime though. For a couple hours I don't think it's really that meaningful to make a thread. >_>

Fortunately, I was at work when I found out the site went down (I tried to access the page via my phone), so the outage was met with an not-so-enthusiastic 'meh' from me.
