Just finished watching episode 12 and I am seriously loving this anime.
I was a little disappointed that they got rid of the baseball bat-to-the-head method for Harima that was in the manga, but the anime's method seems more predictable I guess. xD; (*sigh* I just so wanted to see that baseball bat to her head. -_-)
Anxiously awaiting episode 13.

Double post sorry (how did this awesomeness get three quarters down the first page of this section?! D':)
Episode 13 was GREAT! The only downside is that I'm missing the old OP. =( New one's nice, but I still miss my Theatre Brooke. New ED is better, though. xD
The ending of episde 13 literally sent chills down my spine. Durarara!! is my new anti-drug.

New ED and OP pale in comparison to the old ones, especially the ED. I miss my Backstreet Boys-esque Jpop ED. ;_;
