Eh, I enjoy the longer chapters to be honest, lets me enjoy them longer. After reading FMA for so long, going back to Shaman King I was like "Damn these chapters are TINY!"

The length of the chapters is probably because FMA is published on a monthly basis, not a weekly one like Shaman King.

I apologize if this is the wrong topic to ask this question, but will someone confirm the release date of the Fullmetal Alchemist movie in the US? Both theater release and DVD release date. The possible dates of theater release that I've heard were Sept. 8, 24, 12, and November 24. I've also heard that the DVD will be released on Sept. 12 or the wide theater release.

Also, I was looking on Youtube, and there's an FMA OVA? With Edward's grandchildren? I would appreciate it if someone could clear that up.

There are a lot of OVAs....of a lot of things.

1. How many OVA's are there exactly, i only know of the 3 and the reflections special.

2. So far the movie is set for DVD release on Sept. 26, i dont know about the movie.

man that ep was sad as hell incloudind the one when the burried maes hues(i think i spelled it wrong)and his daughter was cryng and asking why they were buried him and stuff.....i cried in that episode......

Count me in, too. Then, my friend walked in and I had to rewind the whole episode so she can understand and then she saw the scene for the first time but I had to see it a second time...yes, she cried and I cried...again. Ah! Had a headache afterwards from crying so much...
