So, he's only trying to keep a low profile? But doesn't he fell guilt to know that his younger sister is still trying to find 'him' in a way.

well i dont know about that but i do know is that he rather lay low and be himself. ok this is something i HEARD but i not sure if its true, i heard that Yukina DOES find out that Hiei is her brother.

No, it's not true. She never finds out in any of the episodes.

im not really sure why hiei doesnt tell yukina but it could be for her protection. like if ppl knew they kidnap her and who knows what.

True. She could be used as bait and then both Kuwabara and Hiei would be worried to death. Which would then drag in the rest of the gang into the situation.

Quick Q: How does Hiei get his mother's tear back? Doesn't he lose it when he was fighting another demon in the Makai World?

the mothers tear emmits demon energy. thats why hiei got his jagan eye. to find his mothers tear , his mother and yukina. when yukina was held prisioner by gonzo turukene, she hid her tear in her stomach. the reason hiei was unable to find his stone is because Mukuro was hiding it in her stomach. she has always been facinated with hiei.

so after hieis fight with the surgen she spits it out.
