I need to watch the episode a second time but after sleeping on it, I still really like it. I wonder what Schniezel has to counter with?

well in the OP, the Lancelot is upgraded like the Guren. So either the Black Knights with Scheziel will continue to fight him, or all of them will join up to blow up Jupiter. Remembering that Jupiter is in the OP.
Suzaku is all over the place, he may change sides yet again. I think this is a major flaw in the story. After re-reading an interview with the creators in a Newtype mag I have, I've come to the conclusion that what they tried to do with parallel thing with Suzaku and Lulu at the end failed. In the interview Lulu was portrayed as 'dark' while Suzaku as 'light', but now Suzaku wouldn't even be in a position of power without lulu. In essence............... blah whatever I'll just watch the next couple of episodes before continuing my line of thought.

Yeah remember last episode (or was it 2 ago?) Suzaku was asking about the upgraded Lancelot that was customized for him... I bet the doc will stick with the empire. He didn't seem too interested in the overthrow plan when he heard it.

Actually, it's England, the US, and a lot of other stuff.

Yes, but Brittania's homeland IS North America. It was stated in a lecture in Lelouch's class in one of the first ten episodes. The teacher was talking about how Brittania crushed the uprisings in its colonies, expanded them, and eventually moved Base of Operations there. It was the logical move, as they wouldn't be able to operate two continents effectively with the head an ocean away.

I don't know. Personally I think Suzaku is a far more interesting character now than he would have been if they went with the typical light/dark theme.
Btw, I loved the Marianne kicking bit when she appears before Lelouch.
