Shiho Matsuri is on my to 'fark' list of new anime hotties coming out.

Didn't think this anime would become action style based [ep. 2 fight, you'll know what I mean...]

Nice twists, and again, Matsuri is 'to fwap' for ^_^

Episode 4, the lack of Matsuri saddens me.

Though the episode itself wasn't too bad since

...we do get more screen time of Yorito's sister Aono and Mana's sister Koyori. Basically Koyori found out that she's going to be discharged from the hospital soon which she fears that'll make Aono lonely.

Of course that didn't really happen, and Koyori promised Aono that she'll visit her soon.

I'm wondering what Aona's story is like...

She has a character design that resembles some 'void' type girls in anime and h-games [think Yuki Nagato or the quiet types: Rei Ayanami, etc.]

I don't mind those personas but they're starting to wear thin. [drab hair, 'zombie' eyes, etc.]

Can't they come up with a totally opposite looking appearance?

Like bright hair, a bubbly personality look, yet be 'zombie' ish? Like an anti-zombie type sexy gal...

Episode 5 has partially redeemed itself with THIS!!!!

And in the first half, I guess you can say Matsuri and Yorito went out on a date on a rainy day. And ummm, Matsuri rowing the boat instead of Yorito......very manly Yorito.

At least the vending machines are safe for now since that the convenience store sells that weird tomato bean juice.

Also we got some flashbacks about Takeshi (you know the guy who's chasing Matsuri) and his rozen loli companion Mayuko. Hmm, was that the real Mayuko on the pool of blood there?

Now the second half which completely redeemed itself!

Of course first Koyori first tried to sneek into Yorito's place but then got caught by Matsuri in a rather comical fashion.

And then Takeshi strikes back against Matsuri at daytime in Yorito's home. This obviously brought her into a terrible disadvantage especially with all the flash darts he keeps on throwing at her. When she was finally backed into a corner, Takeshi drew out his sword and was about to slash her. Then Matsuri block it by holding his wrists, and her eyes went to "SEED" mode, and then used her decaying ability on him in which it caused a lot of pain on him. Matsuri realized what she did and then ran off outside. Obviously since it's still the daytime, she ended up extremely exhausted and laid against a tree. Takeshi found her and was about to put a final blow on her until Yorito came and took the hit for her. Takeshi ran off when he heard Mana calling off towards Matsuri and Yorito, and it started to rain.

Episode ended with Aono being shocked when Mana's sister Koyori told her about Matsuri in Yorito's house.

Sola is a romantisizing of the word sora for sky it also means alone in spanish or something i guess that could refer to matsuri shiho

Episode 6....DAMN! We got some REALLY juicy revelations here and there!

Like for example, Aono is in fact the same type of person as Matsuri which they refer to themselves as Yakas. Which means Aono and Matsuri has indeed known each other for a very long time. Another interesting this is that during the beginning part of the episode, she dreamt that she, Aono, and Yorito were running away into a cave nearby; you can obviously tell that's a flashback. This begs the question, who or what the heck is Yorito? He could be an ancestor of the guy in the flashback, but Aono was really insistant that Yorito is her "brother".

And Matsuri and Yorito KISSED!!!! OMG!!!!

And then she disappeared...NOOO! I'm getting Kanon 2006 vibes out of that scene!

Agreed!

A bunch of stuff happened that are rather intriguing.

Spoiler :

- The roof of the church is completely destroyed. How the hell did that happen? And where could Takeshi and that the gothic loli girl Mayuko be now?

- Matsuri has been gone of quite some time. Perfect chance of Aono to make her move onto Yorito.

- The last scenes of the episode completely threw me off. Why is Matsuri taking care of Mayuko now? And Yorito STABBED Matsuri?!!! Damn you, Aono!!!

And really, who or what is Yorito? I guess we can make an assumption that he's definitely not normal.
